Designed payroll and HR related documents and tools for new stores opening, including registering with regional and local government agencies
Revised job descriptions across all levels and 25+ categories. “Shadowed” and interviewed employees to construct an accurate picture of the duties and skills required for each position
Ensured the compliance of legal and Human Resource requirements including staffing, compensation, affirmative action, and immigration
Daily coordination of HR Department activities, overseeing the requests, scheduled interviews and workforce deployment, overseeing hiring and assignment of employees and planning stuff development.
Overseeing the general outline of services provided by the locations based on a given day HR reports (Turnover Trackers, Training logs, Salaries reports).

HR Department Advisement:
Determining on-going locations HR needs aimed at fulfilling the organizational quality polices including oversight of efficient workforce distribution (transfers, relocation, lay-offs, making sure all of the above allows the company to provide services at an acceptable standard and generates positive feedback from the clients)
Daily management’s assistance in procession of vacations, warnings, terminations (customized paperwork proceedings, if necessary), providing continuous HR advisement to Managers of all NetCost Market locations.
Documentation and employees’ files inspections – rigid control of the required paperwork to be in place and in compliance with Fed and State regulations.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
Communication with legal advisory on different matters such as updating company policies, rules and regulations and overseeing all of these being in compliance with Federal and State requirements.
Communication with labor attorneys on the subject of ongoing court proceedings, claims and other civil actions the company is involved with at a given time.
Workers Com, Unemployment Insurance Board and Labor Department cases assertion.
All legal related matter associated with Worker’s Comp claims and Quarterly Audits with our third party insurance companies
Department of Labor audits as needed.
