Replace champagne with the Hugo…

Hugo cocktail

A celebration requires a little bit of sparkling wine, but don’t be reaching for the plain old champagne or a bellini! Try out the refreshing Hugo cocktail.

The Hugo

3 Parts Dry Italian Prosecco

1 Part Elderflower Syrup

2 Wedges of Lime

Soda Water To Top

Fresh Mint

Ice Cubes

  1. Into a large wine glass place the wedges of lime and the mint. Using a pestle, gently press the lime and mint to release the juices and flavor, then add ice and muddle together.
  2. Stir in the elderflower syrup and Prosecco, then top with soda water to finish.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy!

Ditch boring chips and dips for something a little fancier…

Chips are the go-to snack for many occasions, but this time why not add a little extra to your party by swapping out the usual flavors of dips & chips for more grown up tastes. The following dip also works wonderfully together with a Fleur de Sal Breadstick, apple slices or traditional carrot batons.
