"GUESS THE CART VALUE" CONTEST

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
- ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents who:
– are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and
– reside in one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Florida.
Employees of NetCost Market, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and members of their immediate household or persons living in the same household are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
- HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Contest:
1) Scan the QR code displayed in participating NetCost Market stores.
2) Watch the official “Guess The Cart Value” video.
3) Complete the entry form (name, phone, email, store, guess).
Only one entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.
- CONTEST PERIOD
December 1, 2025 – January 14, 2026. Entries outside this period are not valid.
- DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
Five (5) entries closest to the actual cart value will win.
If multiple participants submit the same correct or equally close guess, winners will be selected randomly among tied entries.
All decisions by NetCost Market are final.
- FRAUD PREVENTION & DISQUALIFICATION
Participants will be disqualified for:
– multiple entries
– providing false information
– tampering with QR codes or forms
– using automated systems
– attempting to obtain confidential cart value
NetCost Market may disqualify any suspected fraudulent activity.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified within five (5) business days after the contest ends.
Winners must respond within the specified timeframe.
NetCost Market is not responsible for missed messages or incorrect information provided by the participant.
- PRIZES
Five winners will each receive a $500 NetCost Market Gift Card.
Winners must pick up their prize in person at any NetCost Market store with a valid ID.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- PUBLICITY
By entering, participants agree that NetCost Market may use their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Participants hereby release and discharge the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, its respective officers, members, shareholders, employees, agents from any and all death, liability, loss or damage, claims, causes of action, fines, penalties, or other expenses arising from or in connection with, directly or indirectly (1) the participation in this Contest or attempt to participate in this Contest, (2) and/or the awarding, receipt, use or misuse of the Prize, and/or (3) participation in any Prize-related activities, claims based on publicity rights, invasion of privacy, infringement of any trademark or copyright, and/or (4) any travel or activity related thereto and/or the acceptance or use of the prize awarded, and/or (5) failure to comply with these Official Rules, and/or (6) any claims or expenses based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy; and/or (7) claims based on the infringement of the intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights or trademark; and/or (8) failure to pay any taxes by the Participant(s).
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, its respective officers, members, shareholders, employees, agents and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest from any and all death, liability, loss or damage, claims, causes of action, fines, penalties, or other expenses arising from or in connection with, directly or indirectly, (1) the participation in this Contest or attempt to participate in this Contest, (2) and/or the awarding, receipt, use or misuse of the Prize, and/or (3) participation in any Prize-related activities, claims based on publicity rights, invasion of privacy, infringement of any trademark or copyright, and/or (4) any travel or activity related thereto and/or the acceptance or use of the prize awarded, and/or (5) failure to comply with these Official Rules, and/or (6) any claims or expenses based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy; and/or (7) claims based on the infringement of the intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights or trademark; and/or (8) failure to pay any taxes by the Participant(s).
The Sponsor its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, and its respective officers, members, shareholders, employees, agents are not responsible for errors or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties that may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the determination of winners, the announcement of the prizes or in any Contest-related materials, theft, tampering, destruction or alteration, or unauthorized access, or lost data due to any reason.
Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or who are in violation of these Official Rules or who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Contest be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes that, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, including, but not limited to, if it’s not possible for Sponsor to determine the order in which eligible individuals arrived due to the unruliness outside the Participating Store and/or the line itself, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the winners as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
In no event will Sponsor be liable for awarding more prizes than set forth herein. Any attempt by a person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be in violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney’s fees) from any such person to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of these provisions. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid, otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid illegal provision were not contained herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials or notifications and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
- PRIVACY
Personal information will be used solely for contest administration and will not be sold or shared.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS
NetCost Market reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time, verify eligibility, and enforce all rules.
