Food and Store Safety Memorandum

Dear NetCost Market Customers:

We are closely monitoring the ongoing developments and news from The Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) as well as local and state authorities. The safety and well-being of our customers and employees is a high priority and our prime focus. We want to let you know that we are taking all the recommended precautions. We also keep our store management and staff updated, vigilant, and prepared to ensure your shopping experience is safe and pleasant. We will remain open and active to safely serve our communities.

NetCost Market prides itself on exceptional food safety standards. Food contact surfaces are consistently cleaned and sanitized. We frequently and thoroughly clean all public areas in our stores. Our maintenance includes cleaning credit card keypads and all other surfaces regularly touched by customers. All of our fresh food and self-serve products including bakery, frozen and pickled foods are being packaged in closed containers to ensure safety for our customers. Additionally, our management and team are trained to follow stringent hygiene practices. We mandate that all employees, with any cold-like symptoms, immediately self-quarantine and call to inform management. We continue to monitor and follow the recommendations from the CDC, WHO, state and local health departments.

We would like to remind you to thoroughly wash all produce prior to consumption.
